Overview

This is an interesting trust-building DISC-based exercise that every team member should try. Simply break into pairs and discuss each other’s DISC personality scores. Discover the pet peeves of each person, find what’s working well for each person, and talk about how the relationship could improve. The exercise takes about 30 mintes.
