The file presents the actual vs budget results using pivot table. Unlike my previous budget vs. actual comparison, this file shows all statements (balance sheet, income statement, expenses by department, ..., etc.) in one sheet. You only need to choose which statement you want to present, and the results will be shown directly. You do not need to present each comparison statement in each sheet. If you want to update the pivot table, you need to update the source data. This is free.
