Dashboard: In this tab, you can filter data by country, year, gender, and department. KPIs presented are: Total spent, employees trained, trainings duration, budget and trainings count. Employee Information: In this tab, you need to enter all information about your employees: Personal info, company info and learning and development info. Data Validation: In this tab, you need to enter all possible entries for different categories: Gender, Department, Position, Country, Training Name, etc. Departments Budgets: In this tab you need to enter annual budgets per department.
